Are You Willing?

This is one of my favorite questions!

When you’re wanting to create something new, repair something that feels far from thriving, or deciding to take your life in a completely different direction than maybe even your own expectations, I’m curious if you’re willing.

Not a surface level kind of willing that feels ‘easy’ to do but a deeper kind of willing. The kind of willing that has you go into the crevasse’s of your heart to explore what comes up and keeps you back from doing the things. Changing careers, closing friendships, beginning a new hobby, letting yourself be seen, having the hard conversations.

Are you willing?

To go there. To go to the depths of the places where your spirit is crying for transformation.

The change you want to see in your relationships : it starts with you.

The changes you want to see in how you see yourself : starts with you.

The changes you want to see in the lives of your family : starts with you.

The change you want to see within yourself and this incredible life you get to live : starts with you.

You’re the one that has to be willing. Me nor any other other coach can do it for you. Your mom, boss, husband, kids, sister… they can’t do any of it for you either. It has to be you.

This is your journey, girlfriend!

And I’m in it with you, on my own journey. Hence why I’m here! I’m here to ask the hard questions that don’t let you settle. I’m here to give the space and silence that allow your own awakening and ah ha moments. I’m here to challenge you when you try to start hiding and I can do that no problem! But your entire growth, awareness, and transformation allll depends on, you guessed it…

Are you willing?

This work is not for the faint of heart. And I’m 1000% not a sugar-coating coach. I love this work! It’s a balance between that masculine get-it-done-rage energy and the feminine space-flow-see-how-it-feels energy. To have both is pretty cool! To learn when you need one over the other when you’re pursuing your own change, growth, and transformation and seeing that through - even cooler!

What a gift to take such radical self-responsibility over your experience!

And sometimes, incredibly freaking terrifying. Where do I start? What if I don’t like what I uncover? What if it’s too heavy or too painful?

And.

What about, what if you grow through something you never knew was there?! And what if it’s amazing and incredible and healing and propelling?! What if you get to a new version of you where you’re so grounded within yourself that your life starts to freaking light up because of it?!

Both can be true and exist at the same time. The questions isn’t “how can I have the good stuff and not the bad?”, it’s, “how can I grow my capacity to hold both?” and to do so without feeling like my life will buckle right under me at the mention of an unsolicited, “Well, I heard…” or a dirty look down the hallway, or a sudden cold shoulder out of nowhere.

Good news, you don’t have to do it alone!

That’s why you’re here, that’s why I’m here, that’s why Thriving Wild co. exists! Because we’re meant to do life together and this kind of work is effing hard! No way I’d be where I am without the coaches and support I’ve received over the years to break through my own barriers, underlying pain, enormous questions, relentless self-distrust, and immense limiting self-beliefs.

I mean, divorce will do that to you too! You know what I mean?!

I’m no stranger to what life feels like when it feels uprooted and destroyed by both personal, psychological, profession, and familial grief. Whew, talk about an all-hit-you-at-once blow.

All to beg the question for yourself.

Are you willing to go where you haven’t been in order to get to where you want to be? Living a life, a FULL one, with everything you’ve ever wanted.

Yeah, me too.

The question simple and is only yours to answer, so I’ll leave it with you here.

Are you willing?

In your corner,
